What 3D landscape design is
3D landscape design is a realistic, computer-built model of your property with the new project in place: your house, your yard, and the patio, walls, plantings, lighting, pool or outdoor kitchen you're planning. Instead of trying to picture a project from a flat drawing, you can look at it from any angle, including from inside the house, and even walk through it in a video.

How the process works
1. Consultation. We visit the property, talk about how you want to use the space, and take measurements and photos.
2. 3D design. Luis builds the design in Vip3D with your house, the layout, the materials and the plantings.
3. Review and changes. You walk through the design and we adjust it: move the fire pit, change the paver color, widen the patio, add lighting. Changes in 3D cost nothing compared with changes during construction.
4. Proposal and build. Once the design is right, you get an itemized proposal, and we build exactly what you saw.
Why it saves money
Most of the expensive surprises in outdoor projects come from a gap between what the homeowner pictured and what got built. A 3D design closes that gap. You see the scale, the materials and how everything fits together before any digging starts, so there are fewer changes mid-project and no regrets once it's done.
It also makes budgeting easier. You can compare a larger patio against a smaller one with a fire pit, or pavers against concrete, on your own house, and choose what's worth it to you.
